The final presentation balanced clean layouts, consistent iconography, and strong visual hierarchy to keep the content professional yet approachable. The result was a visually cohesive deck that supported the company’s message while making a technical topic feel more intuitive, memorable, and impactful.
As a creative metaphor, I used bees as the core design element throughout the presentation. Just like a hive, the visuals highlighted collaboration, efficiency, and the importance of each individual role working together toward a common goal. This concept helped reinforce the idea of interconnected systems and seamless coordination across resources.
